Technokom Ltd. was founded in 1991. Technokom specializes in the field of design and production of refrigerating and thermal devices, solar waterheaters, ultrasonic stoneprocessing machines and water engineering. The company design and produce non standard appliances of heating, refrigerating, vacuum, solar, electric, mechanical engineering and equipment for various applications. Technokom mainly bases on the technologies and knowhow developed by itself. Technokom has highly qualified and experienced specialists. Over the past ten years Technokom won a number of bids held in Armenia in the areas of thermal, refrigerating and solar technologies. Also the company won the tender held by the government of the Netherlands in the field of solar energy and production of technological equipment.

Heating Technology

• Profile heaters on the basis of flat heating elements that have certain advantages over oil heaters (greater heating area, front heating). Depending on the sphere where heaters are to be installed and the interior design of the room the heaters can take various forms so that they provide not only heating but also play a decorative role.
• The other advantage is the possibility of comfortable distribution the heating sources in a space. That allows optimizing the distribution of heat.
• These advantages allow saving up to 20% of electricity. The temperature of working surface does not exceed 8090 C, which excludes the possibility of fire as well as over drying of the air and dust burning.
• Electric dryers for bathrooms designed for drying of towels and linen.
• The heating element installed throughout the heater insures equal heating of the dryer.
• The electric dryer is not filled with oil or water. It is equipped with several levels of electric protection and ground connection.

Production of solar water- heaters

Technokom produce solar thermosiphon waterheaters. In partnership with Dutch Zen International Technokom has founded the company SunEnergy. Technokom produce solar circulating waterheating systems for SunEnergy, which are used for water heating in noncommercial and commercial purposes. Standard (household) solar waterheaters produce hot water for home use with the use of solar energy. This type of solar waterheaters save up to 65% of electricity necessary for a family consisting of five members. Particularly, the saving of electricity is obvious when the device is used in hotels for heating of swimming pools, etc.

Refrigerating Technology

In the field of refrigerating technology Technokom produce:
Refrigerating showcases designed for storing and displaying products at temperature from 0C to + 10C;
Refrigerating showcabinets designed for storing and displaying products from at temperature 0C to + 10C;
Refrigerating showcases designed for storing and displaying products at temperature from 0C to + 5C;
Refrigerating showcabinets designed for storing and displaying products at temperature from  25C;
Refrigerators designed for refrigerating liquids (water, beer, juices, etc);
Special refrigerating cabins for storing flowers and other fast perishing products.

All parts of refrigerators, except for compressors and fans, are produced by Technokom. This allows providing the size and shaped ordered by the customers. It also makes easy providing maintenance and service.

Technokom also carries out (upon order) development and production of certain mechanic units and members, power constructions, installation, and maintenance of the production.
